Comissioning a website can seem like taking a step into the unknown, so this page provides details of precisely what is included in all our prices.

Because every website is unique, we cannot give an exact price here for what you need, but the list below give typical prices for broad types of activity. If you would like to find out more, please fill in the short form on the contact page, and we will get in touch to discuss how we can help.

When we build a website, we will normally include everything that is needed to have your site up and running on the internet. This includes:

We will purchase a suitable URL for 1 year (cost of URL itself will be an extra charge at cost)

We will purchase a suitable hosting plan for one year (space on a web server which allow your site to be available 24 hours a day). (Cost of plan itself will be an extra charge at cost)

Creation of upto 3 email addresses incorporating your URL, for customers to contact you in connection with your website.

Clear instructions on how to access your new email accounts

Running website - everything will be in place and running on the web

Website archive - even if you do not choose to take up ongoing support with us, we will retain a copy of your website so that it can be re-created, should the worst happen!

However, if you prefer we can simply provide the website alone, delivered on a CDROM, for you to use as you choose:

Under all annual packages, we will automatically handle the annual renewal of your purchase of URL and hosting plan.

Prices will be very dependant on the nature of what is needed, but the process shown in build a website above offers a rough guide. As with a new site, our prices will include everything required to get your redesigned site up and running again on the web.

publicise your site

Our basic website publicity package costs £80, and as a minimum for this, we will :

Tailor keywords on your site to optimise the hit rate

Set up linkages with other relevant sites to improve web visibility

Registration for an entry on appropriate trade directory or professional body websites ( dependant on the nature of your business)

Monitor statistics on the nature and frequency of visits to your site over a period of 1 month, and tailor it as necessary to improve the productive hit rate.

Further steps may be helpful, depending on the nature of your business, and we will advise you if this is the case, before proceeding at any extra cost.
